*The AVTT staff have a patch in their mobile store that says "I touched the Wall, the Wall touched me" ...I've got one sewn on my Patriot Guard ride vest now, and that sums up a truly major event in so few words. Hosting the AVTT was more than a community event, it was a passion, a fellowship, a time of tears and laughter, of love, hope and healing. Veterans of all wars plus police and firefighers came together, worked with the awesome AVTT staff and created a moment in time we will never forget. We are now a band of brothers and sisters with a new mission to support our county veterans, and we plan to host the AVTT again in 5 years; we will never forget!.*

"Recently it was our privilege to host the American Veterans’ Traveling Tribute to our admission-free American Heroes Air Show on Saturday, January 19, 2013 in Fort Myers, Florida. The AVTT Cost of Freedom Tribute with their scale-replica of the iconic Vietnam Memorial Wall provided our event with an emotional center-piece for a moving Naturalization Ceremony hosted by our partners with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services team"

The Palm Springs Air Museum recently had the honor to host the AVTT Traveling Vietnam Wall; it was here as the culminating event to a season long commemoration of the Vietnam War and those that served in it. The experience we had with the Traveling Wall and the AVTT personnel who assisted us in bringing it in was absolutely superb. The work they do and the exhibits they create are professional, well thought out and most importantly a fitting tribute to the brave men and women who have served our Country. Our Museum, without hesitation, highly recommends this organization as any community would greatly benefit from the important and deeply touching experience they help to create.
