Wednesday 3/23
• 3:00 p.m. — Truck Arrives at Yosemite Junction (108 & 120 junction) with Motorcycle Group and proceeds up Vietnam Veterans Highway (108) to the Mother Lode Fairgrounds on Stockton Road. CHP will also escort.
• 3:45 p.m. — Truck is parked at Fairgrounds. VVA-391 Motorcycle Group provides security (Wednesday through Sunday).
• 4:00 p.m. — Small reception

Thursday 3/24
• 7:00 a.m. — Wall crew begins assembly with about 15 VVA-391 assisting, finished by Noon.
• School children and senior groups visit in afternoon

Friday 3/25
• School visits in morning and afternoon.
• Opening ceremony at 1 p.m. with guest speakers planned: Governor, Paul Cook (legislator who placed bill in motion), Board of Supervisors (Dick Pland), Mayor of Sonora, Calaveras Board President, Tuolumne and Calaveras federal and state legislators, Medal of Honor recipient(s), possible POW with a special emcee (CSC President). Songs by Frank Smart’s women’s group. A band to play the National Anthem. A bugler to play taps and a shooting salute guard (possibly the VFW Honor Guard). Reading of California names by VVA-391 members. (to be recorded by Vietnam Veterans and played during the days of the event). The Tuolumne and Calaveras names will be read live at the opening.

• Visitation. Need computer literate people to man the computer locaters for two four-hour shifts all day. Need people to pass out the programs. • Reading of California names all day (recorded).
• Booth areas to be outside and inside the Manzanita building.
• 1:00 p.m. — Ride of Honor. Motorcycle riders gather at Jamestown Harley-Davidson (Hwy. 108) starting at 11:00 a.m., then ride to the Traveling Wall at Fairgrounds.
• 2:00 p.m. — Agent Orange Town Hall in the Manzanita building or at the Opera Hall. Reading of California names. Sponsor banners will be posted outside and inside.
• Booth areas to be outside and inside the Manzanita building.
