Anyone wishing to be in the parade into Madisonville-Hopkins County Fair Ground needs to be there at 1:00 PM to hear the SAFETY speech by Chairman Mike Vaughn. Then they will form-up and leave at 1:30 PM, led by the Kentucky State Police, Madisonville Police, Hopkins County Sheriff and Madisonville Fire Dept. engine into the fair ground.
